"Good overall, small mix-up"
Got my camera bag and filter without any issues, but one of the cables ended up being the wrong length. I was going to be annoyed—well, I was a little annoyed, but support got it sorted out. It just took a bit longer than I expected.

"Finally, a store visit that didn’t waste my time"
I went in just needing a camera bag, i was ready for the usual hassle where someone tries to upsell you a bunch of stuff you didn’t ask for. But thankfully, the staff helped me right away, didn’t push any extras, and made the whole thing quick. Paid, got out, and actually left in a good mood for once. Nice little shop

"Better condition than I expected"
I bought a used lens that was listed as E+, and in my opinion it was actually cleaner than I expected. I could only spot a tiny scuff when I really looked closely. The grading seemed fair to me, and the shipping was quick too

"Good Selection, But a Little Clunky"
I’ve used Adorama a few times when looking for camera gear, their selection is solid. I remember thinking, okay, they actually have a lot of brands and accessories here that I wasn’t seeing on other sites, which was nice. That said, browsing the site can feel a little messy. I’d click around thinking I found what I needed, and then it would turn out the item wasn’t really available or was harder to pin down than expected. Not a huge deal, but definitely a bit frustrating. Overall, I’d say Adorama is worth checking out, especially for camera stuff, but I’d probably still compare prices and availability with a couple other stores before buying.

I had to exchange a lens, and there was a short wait before support got back to me. Once they did, they were helpful and got it sorted out. You don’t love waiting, but in the end it all worked out fine

"Better Than I Expected"
I ordered a used lens from Adorama, and in my opinion, it turned out to be a really solid buy. The box had a bit of wear, which I kind of expected with something used, but the lens itself looked clean and works great. I don’t see any scratches on it, and overall I’m happy with the condition it arrived in

"I had to return a lens…"
I had to return a lens because I managed to order the wrong mount, which was obviously my fault. I was fully expecting the refund to turn into one of those lovely little waiting games, but Adorama actually handled it quickly. Tracking showed it arrived on Monday, and the money was back on my card a few days later. No chasing them down, no confusing emails, no unnecessary drama. it was smoother than I expected, which is more than I can say for a lot of places. I’d buy from them again.

"Quick help, no runaround"
I had a question about my order, so I messaged Adorama customer service. i don’t have much patience for waiting around or getting those useless copy-paste replies, so I wasn’t expecting much. But they got back to me quickly and actually answered my question. My issue was taken care of the same day, and everything showed up just fine. Solid experience overall, and I’d order from them again.

I’d been browsing camera stuff for a while and finally ended up grabbing a lens from Adorama. I was a little unsure about how shipping would go because I’ve had packages show up late or looking rough from other places, but this one was totally fine. The tracking actually updated like it was supposed to, the box arrived in good shape, and I didn’t have to contact customer service or follow up on anything. It was just a simple, low-stress order, which I appreciate. I’d probably buy from them again

They did end up helping me in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. The replies were slow though, which made me a bit cautious and I made sure to keep track of everything just in case. Overall, it worked out, but I wouldn’t expect super quick communication.

"They made a stressful camera issue way easier"
A few months after buying my camera, it started having an issue and I remember that little sinking feeling, like, great… now I’m going to have to fight with warranty support. But adorama made it painless. I sent over the info they asked for, and they got back to me quickly without making me jump through a bunch of hoops. It was such a relief to have it handled without a big hassle. Really happy with how it turned out.

"I had to cancel an order..."
I had to cancel an order, for like five minutes I was acting like it was going to turn into a whole disaster. It did get canceled in the end, so no real issue there, but the updates were a bit slow and I was definitely refreshing way too much like my life depended on it. Support replied after a little while and handled it fine. Not a terrible experience at all, just could’ve been a lot smoother.

I ordered a brand new softbox and the package arrived on monday 2/8. when i opened the shipping container (which was perfectly fine and intact), the manufacturer's box looked worn and re-taped as if it was an open-box item. when i opened the manufacturer's box, there were no tags or any product information material in it. when i removed the softbox from the case, i was horrified to find that the softbox looked used, the metal ribs were broken and screws were missing or had fallen out. i was sent a broken (and probably used) item! i immediately called your customer service and polly told me to send (via email) pictures of: the item, manufacturer's box and shipping carton. i did as she instructed that same day. the next day, tuesday 2/9, i receive an email from polly (from a different email than the one she told me to use) reminding me to send her an email with the pics. so this time, i copied the email i had already sent the previous day, attached the pictures again, and sent as a reply to the email she had written me from. i have not heard back yet. all i want to do is get this item exchanged for what i paid for: a brand new undamaged, working softbox. it didn't even come with the bulb that it was supposed to come with. i have never had a problem with adorama before and i have ordered from you many times over the years. should i continue waiting for polly or someone from your customer service to email me back? please help.
